Have You Seen Our Trucks?

I'm hoping most of you are reading this on your phone somewhere near a pool or an airport gate, under a patio umbrella, or at the very least by an open window.

If you're reading this from a desktop, you're not alone. We're busy at work too. After what can graciously be called a season of “real estate buyer hesitancy,” the wheels are rolling again, and we're grateful for it. Around here, July always feels like motion: families relocating before school starts, cross-country moves, road trips, busy freeways, and long days that somehow still feel too short.

Summer has a way of keeping us busy and connected. You run into old neighbors at restaurants, wave at familiar faces on warm evening walks, or hear from a client you moved halfway across the country when they spot a Camelot truck driving through town.

Yes, now and then, I'll get a text from someone saying, “Just passed one of your trucks in Arizona!” “… in Tennessee!” “… in Florida!” Or “Spotted Camelot on the I-5 near Sacramento.” Sometimes they even send an accompanying photo of our trucks on the interstate.

One of the unexpected joys of this business is how regularly I hear from past clients long after they move. Often, Camelot's clients end up with my personal cell number, and the people who stay in touch start to feel more like old schoolmates than former clients. Though we may not see each other often, it's always nice to hear from them.

So if you happen to see one of our trucks out on the road this summer, give us a wave. And if you beat us to the next state, feel free to send a picture!

We won't keep you from your BBQ, sunscreen, or summer plans any longer. Wherever this season takes you, we hope it includes good company, a little rest, and maybe even a Camelot truck!
